Ceal Warnants

Ceal Warnants was born in 1984 in Guildford, Surrey, graduated from the Royal College of Art, Printmaking in 2008 and lives and works in London.

Warnants' work focuses on the conflicting expectations of young people today with the imposing standards of the past, as well as experiences from her own youth and the formative years of friends and acquaintances. The imagery is often referenced from vintage and antique illustrations seamlessly interlaced with new drawn elements.
