How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

How much does delivery cost?
We offer free UK and international delivery on most* orders despatched from our studio. For more information please refer to our shipping and delivery page.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer payment online by Visa or Mastercard. We also accept payment via BACS transfer, Apple Pay and Klarna. Payment will be taken as soon as your order has been placed. Cash purchases are also available in person at our gallery.
What’s the difference between a limited edition and open edition print?
A limited edition piece of art means that only a limited number can or will be produced. The edition size tells you how many artworks will be produced. Generally, a smaller edition size means it’s rarer and sometimes more expensive. With open editions, there is no limit on the number of reproductions produced.
Can I buy an archived limited edition print?
Due to the nature of a print being a ‘limited edition’, archived prints cannot be re-produced. However, if there is a particular piece that you are interested in, we are always happy to discuss making a variation of the print, as an original. Just e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I want to return my item?
In the unlikely event you wish to return your purchase please contact email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your artwork and/or merchandise. Please include your order number, the reason for your return and whether you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a refund.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the cost of returning products for refund or exchange. We advise that you use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your returned item.
When you return your artwork to us, it is essential that you return it in perfect condition. If the artwork is damaged when it reaches us, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. What happens if my item doesn’t arrive?
If your item doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact us on email@example.com and we’ll do our best to locate your order.
Can I get my print framed?
We don’t currently offer a framing service when you buy one of our prints. However, we would be happy to give you recommendations on where to get your prints framed. Does Heath have an Only Fans page?
Demand is currently low for pictures of Heath in compromising positions, so his Only Fans page has been put on the back burner. If, however, it’s something you would like to subscribe to please do e-mail us on email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I commission a portrait of my dog?
