Shipping

Our shipping rates are determined by the size of your item and the delivery location. Please enter the details at checkout for shipping costs.

Please bear in mind that international shipping may take considerably longer than domestic shipping, depending on the destination country and customs. Should you need your order sooner, please opt for the priority postal service option at checkout.

Shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, and these additional charges must be paid by the customer. Heath Kane has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility for them, but we could blame Brexit and the new tariffs!

Despatch Timeline

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours - unless specified otherwise. At the weekend and on bank holidays, orders will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

All unframed items are rolled or packaged carefully, using high-quality white acid-free tissue paper, and posted in a sturdy postal tube or envelope.

Collections

All orders can be collected from our gallery in Saffron Walden free of charge.

Once your payment has been processed, we aim to have your order ready within 48 hours. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to collect. The collection address is:
