The Academy of British Cover Design Awards 2022

I’m pleased to announce that the cover I designed for Animal Farm was shortlisted for this year’s Academy of British Cover Design Awards in the Classics/Reissue category. Other shortlisted works in this category include: Anarchism and the Black Revolution, re-designed by David Pearson; Three Novels, re-designed by Tom Etherington and I, Antigone, re-designed by Anna Morrison.

In 2021, I was commissioned by Penguin Books to produce the cover artwork for the very last published versions of George Orwell’s four most famous books. Across all four books, the covers present the theme of duality, an aesthetic inspired by my Rich Enough to be Batman and Masks of Fear collections.
